What is Ads.txt?
Ads.txt (Authorized Digital Sellers text file) it is a text file that contains a readable code in plane text. This code is placed by website owners in the root of their website for example www.yoursite.com/ads.txt

Here is the step by step guide to add ads.txt file to your blogger blog.
1. Login to your Google Adsense dashboard. You will see the notification saying - [Action Requested] Use ads.txt to protect your earnings.
2. At the end of notification you will see a piece of code as shown in image below. Copy that code and paste it somewhere like in notepad.

3. In your Adsense dashboard, Go to Payments from left hand menu. Under settings, you will see your publisher ID written there. (As shown in figure below).
Copy the code which will looks like -
4. Now replace the default publisher ID from copied code with your original Publishers ID you just copied (see image below)
5. Now copy this entire code after replacing the Publisher ID with your original pub ID.
6. Open your blogger dashboard, choose your website.
7. Go to Settings and click on Search Preferences.
8. Now under Monetization option, you will see a custom ads.txt option. By default it is disabled.
9. Click on Edit, click on Yes button, you will see a box. Just paste the copied code into the box and click Save Changes.
